Sunshine Valet has an immediate need for exceptional talent to join our expanding team that can assist us in serving our clients and their valet needs in the Tampa Area. We are looking for qualified individuals to manage on-site operations and personnel at our hotel locations. Must have prior valet and leadership experience.

Must be able to work nights and weekends
Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Site Management:
- On-site active management of main/important shifts (large groups, high occupancy check-ins/check-outs, VIP visits)
- Ensure company policy and procedures are upheld
- Ensure site operation guidelines are upheld
- Site Staff Management
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained
- Develop your team’s customer service skills
- Ensure all personnel are always in proper uniform
- Site Schedule Approval
- Compare to projected occupancies, groups, special events, and staff limitations
- Site Staff Training
- Develop your team
- Begin shift with safety item/reminder of the day
- Site Client Relations
- Attend hotel meetings to review occupancies/groups in coming weeks
- Check in with managers to get outside input on team performance
- Maintain supplies and equipment
- Track via pre/post shift check lists
- Communicate back to administration any needs or deficiencies for replacement
- Main on-site contact for dealing with escalations (lost keys, damaged vehicles, staff issues, etc)
