StaffEx is currently hiring for Support Services Administrative Operations Coordinator for a Healthcare Center near the USF Campus. This position is temp-to-hire opportunity that pays $18.70 to $23.50 depending on experience. (Schedule varies).

The Support Services Admin Coordinator is responsible for providing procurement of goods and services and financial support for the Facilities Support Services team, including organizing cost analysis data and preparing reports for the team. In addition, the Coordinator will collaborate on cost analysis plans with the Accounting and Purchasing department. Other duties include managing the invoice process from vendor setup, through purchase order, to invoicing and working independently to resolve issues and escalate when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or H.S. Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid Florida Driver’s license
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience directly involving business administration experience coordinating facilities support related functions within a healthcare facility, healthcare provider facility, construction, property management, educational facility or utility/public works company.
  • 3 years relevant purchasing/invoicing and vendor management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates computer skills required for word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general business machines, good telephone etiquette and ability to interact with employees and management.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently without supervision
  • Provide proof of Immunizations or be willing to acquire required immunizations
  • Pass 7 & 12 panel drug screen
  • No felonies in the past 7 years
