Position Purpose: Ensure a best-in-class resident experience by reducing maintenance delays and escalations.
This is a field-based role. You will be responsible for building the proper maintenance vendor network of your assigned market while ensuring timely completion for all tickets and work orders.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships to ensure that maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner
- Manage the scheduling and completion of all maintenance requests for an assigned market
- Review estimates as needed to ensure that scope and price is appropriate; work closely with the Property Market Manager at times to determine alternative resolution strategies
- Resolve or escalate all disputes or unsatisfied service confirmations in timely manner
- Maintain open communication with vendors in a manner that adheres to all contracts and agreed upon Scope of Work throughout the duration of the relationship
- Provide information to key stakeholders periodically to reduce reactive communication requests
- Ensure consistent and accurate updates are noted in our system to prevent disruptions in customer service functions
- Resolve most/all client and Affiliate issues without escalation
- Provide creative solutions to meet resident needs
- Provide management with recommendations to changes in procedures
- Other duties as requested
Job Requirements (Including Education):
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of common residential property management maintenance issues
- Proficient with technology utilizing Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power BI as well as the Google Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
