Vice President – Commercial Bank Receivables Product

 JPMorgan Commercial Banking (CB) is a market leading provider of Treasury Services (TS) products to the Corporate Client Banking, Middle Market, Government, Healthcare, Not-for-Profit, Financial Institutions Group and  Real Estate markets.
 

The CB Receivables Product Strategy and Delivery Team is tasked with defining the receivables product strategy and delivery for CB clients across the core cash and integrated receivables product set.  The team represents CB on Receivables initiatives across the bank – encompassing Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Receivables and Consumer and Community Banking’s products.

 Reporting to the Head of CB Receivables Product Management, the Receivables Product Vice President will support various initiatives across the product set. The analyst will work closely with the team’s product managers with a heavy focus on cross-Line of Business (LOB) partnership across multiple functional areas. 
 

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and resolving client and partner feedback as it pertains to receivables products
  • Developing internal and client facing content that supports an integrated Receivables value proposition for delivery through training, marketing, communications, process & procedures and standardized proposal content
  • Assisting in managing a receivables product strategy that supports unique requirements for Government, Healthcare, Real Estate, Retail, Technology and Insurance markets
  • Creating and maintaining business case ROI tools that quantifies the value we can deliver through operational process and working capital improvement
  • Segmenting the portfolio and analyzing product usage and trends across the CB client base to identify areas of opportunity and vulnerability
  • Coordinating and prioritizing Receivables product input on CB investment process via input from Clients, Receivables PSS’s, TMOs, and Bankers
  • Developing close relationships and alignment with cross-LOB product partners
  • Partnering with the Market Readiness team to manage the impact and readiness to CB clients, TS Sales, Bankers, Service and Implementation related to new product/enhancement launches, product defects/ migrations/ exits, policy changes, etc.
  • Collaborating with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, KYC, and Finance as needed while supporting all compliance and risk initiatives
  • Leveraging an external network to ensure CB is ahead of its competitors in the Payments product space
  • BA/BS business degree or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant banking experience with demonstrated experience in wholesale payments and treasury management
  • Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint skills required.  Strong background in SharePoint preferred
  • Segmenting, tracking and analyzing client product usage, profitability, risk profiles and pipeline development
  • Excellent time management, is entrepreneurial and a self starter, with ability to deliver results within condensed timeframes
  • Strong project management skills; well-organized, structured approach, ability to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables
  • Demonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes on simultaneous projects
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills combined with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with different delivery dates
