Responsibilities:
- Call back all leads that come in via our marketing channels.
- Establish rapport with the client and get the necessary details from the client over the phone.
- Qualify the lead and forward the lead to another team member for closing.
- Must be patient while dealing with clients.
- Must be comfortable using the computer/phone for all tasks.
- Help nurture, manage and sell our constantly evolving inventory of properties.
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be proficient with email/phone/computers and technically inclined
- Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel), PDFs and Dropbox
- Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Preferred:
- BA/BS Degree
- 1-3 years of Sales experience
- Real Estate Knowledge
