Virtual Administrative Assistant – Fair Price Properties (Tampa)

Fair Price Properties is looking for an inside sales representative that can thrive on calls/texts/emails. You must possess the ability to speak in a friendly way to current and potential customers, listen to their needs and help communicate options for them.

Responsibilities:

• Call back all leads that come in via our marketing channels.
• Establish rapport with the client and get the necessary details from the client over the phone.
• Qualify the lead and forward the lead to another team member for closing.
• Must be patient while dealing with clients.
• Must be comfortable using the computer/phone for all tasks.
• Help nurture, manage and sell our constantly evolving inventory of properties.

Requirements:

• High School degree or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be proficient with email/phone/computers and technically inclined
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel), PDFs and Dropbox
• Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Preferred:

• BA/BS Degree
• 1-3 years of Sales experience
• Real Estate Knowledge
