Growing real estate management company headquartered in PB County is looking for a Vice President of Property Management & Operations to join their team. Responsible for managing properties/communities in several states. Develop strategies and implement plans to improve and standardize operations. Work with District Managers and Property Managers leasing up properties and formulating budgets. Manage the activities and resources to accomplish property objectives as established by the annual budget including maximizing occupancy levels. Ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of real estate property management, budgeting and leasing experience. Residential experience preferred.
