Dynamic, full-time, Vice President of Sales position available at an outstanding Company in the Apartment Industry in the Tampa Area. We are seeking a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent leadership skills and attention to detail. We are looking to add a “rock star” to our top-notch team!

The position is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the execution of the sales strategy in accordance with the organizational objectives. Responsibilities will include assisting with the cultivation of multi-family decision maker relationships and closing of national accounts while building and leading a national sales team.

Responsibilities/Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in property management
  • Develop territory assignments for sales team
  • Managerial experience of a large team/ Self Motivated
  • Attend industry events in multiple markets when necessary
  • Assist team with identifying, cultivating and closing accounts
  • Monitor market trends
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Degree Preferred but not required
