Longview Senior Housing Advisors, formed in 2018, provides capital and strategic oversight to Blackstone’s investments in 90 properties across 23 states. Our team provides asset management services to almost 9,000 units of premier independent living, assisted living, memory care and CCRC community operations. Our focus is on community strategy, including financial planning, property management company selection, re- positioning and renovations.
Through this process, our experienced community strategists collaborate with our preferred third-party management companies to maximize returns for our investors. Our goal is to develop capital and operational strategies so that our third-party managers can offer the highest quality care and accommodations to our residents.

Responsibilities
The Vice President, Portfolio Management is responsible for portfolio management of Longview properties in addition to the following:
- Longview executive level reporting including preparing presentations for the quarterly Board of Director meetings. Assisting CEO as needed in this area.
- Maintain, improve and update dynamic corporate financial models for two senior housing joint venture portfolios in order to forecast available cash, income statement, balance sheet, debt and other key portfolio and industry metrics for senior housing
- Model various “what-if” scenarios for the portfolios which guide decision-making and align with strategic objectives
- Assist in preparing and presenting annual fund level financial plans to the Board of Directors for approval; along with approved budget models used for actual-to-budget variance explanations
- Summarize and report quarterly results of publicly held senior housing C-Corps or REIT’s
- Review and report on all applicable debt covenants
- Manage the capital expenditure tracking process, assist on approving and reporting ROI’s on renovations
- Responsible for monthly reporting of property-level financials and key metrics and operator compliance with insurance and property tax obligations
- Maintain Workday platform for the consolidation and consistent reporting of all property level financials and other related data
- Support each of the community strategy teams by providing monthly reports, and assisting with property forecasting and underwriting
- Ad Hoc reporting at request of Blackstone Asset Management team
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or degree from an accredited institution in Finance, Economics or Real Estate
- Minimum 7 years of real estate experience with asset management and transaction experience in commercial real estate product types
- Experience in construction management or real estate
- Must have MS Office Excel and PowerPoint expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
- Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
- Solid financial modeling skills, analytical / logical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
