Senior Commercial Property Manager, min 7 yrs. exp.
Saglo Development (est. 1976) is based in Miami, FL and owns over 2.4 million square feet of commercial real estate in Florida and Georgia. we will acquire an additional 1 million square feet within the next 3 years.
We need an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to keep all of our properties West-Central Florida running smoothly. The position will report to Jorge Morell, VP of Property Management.
The compensation will range between $75,000 to $90,000 annual base salary for the first year. Benefits include an annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off as well as other benefits.
Our assessment of candidate’s experience and capabilities will entail an arduous interview process in addition to other testing requirements. We kindly ask that you only apply if you have a minimum of seven years’ experience in retail property management responsibilities.
List of Tasks (abridged):
Travel – Monitoring all of our properties and tenants within the Greater Tampa and Orlando markets on a weekly basis. (There will be 4 to 6 properties with approx. 120 tenants)
General –
- Tenant Correspondence – maintaining tenant contact information – tenant notices.
- Work Order data entry and review.
- Security Camera monitoring.
- Task management and coordination.
- Lift Station Reports.
- Certificate of Occupancy compliance – Tenants and Vendors.
- Water and Sewer usage and billing worksheets.
- Code Compliance tracking.
- Property Lighting review (routine)
- Risk Management – log and report new claims.
- Filing and file management for all of the items above.
- Be on-call on nights and weekends for emergencies (as needed)
- Perform other property management related tasks.
- Meet with vendors and tenants
