The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Web Dev Manager to lead our team of web designers and builders. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Done-For-You (DFY) lead manager to bring client visions to life while creating top-tier website templates for GrumpyHare. This is your chance to drive innovative projects and leave your mark in the real estate web design space!
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a talented group of web designers and builders, ensuring collaboration and consistent output
- Support team development by encouraging creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Project Oversight:
- Collaborate with the DFY lead manager to translate client needs into actionable tasks and project timelines
- Monitor and prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
WordPress Development:
- Oversee all aspects of WordPress site creation including theme customization, plugin management, and performance optimization
- Ensure all websites are built with responsiveness, usability, and SEO compliance in mind
Beaver Builder Execution:
- Guide your team in creating high-performing, visually stunning layouts using Beaver Builder
- Maintain brand consistency and client expectations across all designs and templates
Collaboration:
- Act as the central point of communication between the web team and DFY manager
- Provide regular updates, remove blockers, and ensure project details remain aligned from start to finish
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and uphold rigorous QA processes to review functionality, visual polish, and client readiness
- Continuously seek areas to improve internal standards and optimize build processes

Role
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST (1-hour unpaid lunch)Pay: $20 – $23 per hour, based on experienceStart Date: Must be available to begin ASAPRequirements: Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspaceFuture Benefits
