Responsibilities:

  • Assist with on-boarding new clients
  • Assist with planning weddings for our current clients
  • Working closely with vendors and finding the best fit for each individual wedding
  • Following up with clients after wedding to gauge experience
  • Assist with Social Media Posts
  • Retrieve photos from events and post on all marketing platforms
  • Assist with blogging and updating website with fresh content and pictures
  • Communicate with vendors, venues and lead planners to confirm final details and assist with making sure all are prepped for the client’s event

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience in an office administration and/or other related fields
  • Previous Experience in events and hospitality
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and love figuring out logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be present and punctual at all times.
  • Must be proactive and solve problems under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to work individually as well as be an integral part of a team.
  • Must adapt well to stressful situations while maintaining a professional and cheery demeanor.
