We are the largest locally owned independent real estate brokerage in Tampa Bay seeking candidates for Weekend Receptionist / Office Administrator position in downtown St. Petersburg with responsibilities to include:
- Greeting client’s in-person or via phone as they contact the office. Routing calls and people to the appropriate individuals based on client/agent/staff needs. Offer refreshments and guidance to in-person visitors.
- General Office work as needed; maintaining and updating spreadsheets, mailing lists, creating and mailing letters, answering email.
- Master office opening and closing procedures.
- Assist associates with creation of contracts and contract management.
Position is part time, Saturday 10-6 & Sunday 12-5.
