AGR Group is seeking an extremely talented and professional individual to oversee Traffic Control with our Inbound Call Center.
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:

· Leadership experience is MANDATORY!
Job Responsibilities:
· Supervise the Dialer system for the floor operation
· Monitor calls answered by the staffed agents
· Audit the queues to avoid long holds and abandon calls
· Manages agents schedule adherence
· Observe stats and send hourly reports on SLAs and absenteeism
· Promote teamwork and strong work ethics
