JOB DESCRIPTION:

The primary role of this position will be supporting and leading the successful delivery of workplace consulting engagements to a wide range of corporate and institutional clients. The activities commensurate with this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead or support client engagements with executive oversight

• Serve as point of contact for client communication and project management

• Manage onsite research activities

• Analyze data from research including employee surveys and observation studies

• Create client communications and change management plans

• Develop recommendations and final deliverables

• Travel to client sites across the US (30-50% of work weeks at peak periods).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of work experience or an equivalent master’s degree

• Undergraduate degree

• Initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and a team focus

• Ability to manage projects and teams with some operational experience

• Strategic and creative thinking

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

• Strong track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities

• Ability to coach and teach others about the business

• Strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus

• Comfort in translating large data sets into compelling findings

• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams

• Strong presentation skills and comfort communicating ideas to clients

• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
