Full Job Description
Wreno is a fast-growing startup out of Stanford University. We are running a Beta Program in Tampa with three large real estate institutions. We provide photo documentation, pool service, basic cleaning (dusting, wiping down surfaces), lawn care, and rekey for institutional-owned homes.
We will pay you to take photos and videos of homes currently in construction as part of a quality control process. You will complete a 30-minute training before your first assignment. No prior experience is required, just a smartphone and access to a vehicle.
An experienced Wrenner will accompany you for your first visit to help you further understand the process and requirements.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tampa, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
