The Site Administrator position manages the office and showroom/reception areas.
Responsibilities
* Manages office functions
* Manage maintenance requests
* Maintain professional relationships with outside vendors
* Assign seating to new hires
* Manage and replenish office & housekeeping supplies
* Supervise Facility Attendant’s daily responsibilities to ensure building cleanliness
* Oversee cleaning and stocking functions
* Work closely with Safety Manager and facility Safety Wardens to ensure building safety i.e. perform annual fire drills, CPR training, fire extinguisher checks, AED machine, etc.
* Assist with coordinating meetings* Manage HVAC settings for building
* Manage building security system and access badge settings
* Organize and maintain files* Post outgoing mail through USPS, FedEx and UPS
* Sort and distribute incoming mail* Sign for deliveries
* Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
* Manage reception area
* Site liaison for administration of select human resource tasks including:
* Notifies Sr. HR Administrator of any EAF, SAF, location changes as necessary
* Monitors various training and follow up with the Field HR on completion and timely reporting
* Promotes HR programs and assist with effective group wide communication
* Coordinates with local EH&S representative to manage safety, evacuation procedures, first aid responses, etc and takes role as Safety Warden for facility
* Assist Advisar Sales team with Showroom Consultations visits from Contractors and their clients managing showroom calendar and book of showroom
* Coordinate and lead the Employee Experience /Purpose Ybor Site Committee

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Ability to lift 50lbs* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Power Point)
* Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors, staff and leadership at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to be extremely effective independently
* Customer service focus
* Adaptable to change assignments on a daily basis as items arise
* Valid Driver’s License
Qualifications* High School diploma required; college experience preferred
Must pass a Background and Drug Screen
